Electrician

About the Role:

One of my local government clients-is currently seeking a Time-Served, Fully Qualified Electrician to join our property maintenance team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality electrical repairs and installations across both tenanted and void properties within the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical testing, diagnostics, repairs, and installations.

• Fault find and resolve issues in domestic properties, including central heating systems.

• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards and health & safety regulations.

• Work efficiently to deliver a high standard of service to tenants and the wider housing team.

Essential Requirements:

• Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

• 18th Edition wiring regulations.

• Strong experience in domestic electrical work, particularly in social housing.

• Ability to fault-find, test, and repair a variety of systems, including central heating controls.

• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
