Electrician - Social Housing (Voids & Occasional Tenanted)
Covering North Hampshire, Berkshire & Oxfordshire
Temporary (with potential for permanent)
Own transport required (van & fuel card provided if permanent)
We''re currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established team carrying out electrical works within the social housing sector.
This role will mainly involve void properties, with occasional work in tenanted homes. The work will be varied, offering a good mix of reactive maintenance, installations, and general repairs.
What You''ll Be Doing:
- Electrical works across void and tenanted social housing properties 
- Reactive maintenance, repairs, testing, and minor installations 
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard 
- Travelling between multiple sites across North Hampshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire (mainly around Abingdon, with some work in Faringdon) 
What You''ll Need:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent 
- 18th Edition 
- 2391 or equivalent testing qualification (preferred) 
- Experience in social housing or similar environments 
- Own transport (van/fuel card provided for perm roles)
