Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around Chichester through to Southampton area. Carrying out Electrical maintenance works. This is a brilliant well-kept contract specifically helping Army housing.

The Role

• Repair electric parts
• Installs
• Fit wires, sockets and switches in homes.
• Rewire homes.
• Fault finding
• Socket changes
• Inspecting and testing

• Receive & complete works via PDA device

Skills & Experience

• 18th Edition + Level 3 NVQ
• Full UK Drivers License
