Job Title: Electrician (Temporary)
Location: South areas of the North West of England
Pay Rate: -24.00 per hour

About the Role
We are currently looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team on a temporary basis, working across social housing properties in the southern areas of the North West of England. The role will involve carrying out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and testing works within occupied and void residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out electrical maintenance and repair works within social housing properties

• Completing electrical testing and inspections

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out remedial works

• Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards

• Completing relevant certification and documentation

• Providing a professional and courteous service when working in tenants'' homes

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection and Testing)

• Proven experience working in domestic or social housing environments

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Full UK driving licence
