As an Electrician, you''ll be part of the Property Services team, delivering responsive and professional electrical services to residents. You''ll ensure all work sites are safe and well-maintained, and contribute to the overall safety and quality of housing stock.

• Carry out rewires, remedial works, smoke detector installations, inspections, and day-to-day repairs.
• Liaise with residents and internal teams to resolve property-related issues.
• Promote safety and care across all working environments.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and properties in line with current policies and procedures.

• Experience working on residential properties (social housing experience is a plus).
• 18th Edition qualification.
• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• Electrical Inspection & Testing (2391) qualification.
• Ability to work in accordance with NICEIC standards.
