As a Lead Electrician, you will be working on void properties:

• Doing EICRs
• Maintenance
• Rewires
• Remedials
• Working on kitchen and bathrooms
• Supervising other electricians and their work.
• New build work.

As a Lead Electrician, you will need:

• Qualifications: NVQ level 3, 18th edition, 2391, AM2 (JIB gold card)
• Experience: Experience in social housing and management/supervision
• Equipment: Own van and tools
