Electrician

Our client is looking for a Gold card Electrician on a permanent basis. The job is in Warwickshire but they are a Bedfordshire based company who work nationwide.

 You will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical installations and testing works, ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional standards throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full electrical installations including containment, cabling, distribution boards, fixtures, and final terminations
• Electrical testing, EICRs, fault finding, and remedial works
• Leading projects onsite and supervising team members where required
• Liaising effectively with other engineers, site managers, and clients
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, to the highest standard and within budget
• Completing all required certifications and documentation accurately
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, RAMS, and manufacturer instructions
• Maintaining clean and organised work sites with clear completion reporting

This role involves nationwide travel and occasional working away from home (notice provided in advance).

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or City & Guilds 2360 / 2330 (Part 1 & 2)
• AM2
• City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations)
• City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing)
• ECS Gold Card (Approved Electrician)
• Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 3 points)
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations & EWR 1989
• Willingness to travel and work away when required

Supervisory experience (5+ years) is desirable.
