Electrician required - Permanent position -40k plus overtime & call out OTE -50k

Job Title: Electrician - Social Housing

Location: Portsmouth, England

Responsibilities:

• To carry out electrical testing, repairs, and installations within domestic and commercial properties or premises, including appliances.
• Carry out electrical testing, repairs, and installations to client properties.
• Be a part of the team of Electricians across the site.
• Assist the Building Contracts team when required on their program of works both to the group and external customers.

Requirements:

• Must be a fully qualified Electrician with a level 3 qualification, 18th Edition and 2391 Test and Inspection.
• Experience with EICR testing on social housing properties is preferred.
• Knowledge of reactive maintenance, testing, and planned works.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform diagnostics to determine issues.
• Experience with fault finding and remedials.
