Electrician

OLG Recruitment are recruiting for an Electrician to work for a client based in the Humber Region. This is a full time, temp to perm role.

Hours of work are 8am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday and 8am – 3:30pm Friday.

Overtime is @1.5 Monday – Friday and the first 4 hours Saturday, @2 over the 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing electrical systems.
• Leading by example: assigning tasks, coordinating schedules, and keeping projects on track.
• Making safety your priority by following industry best practices.
• Creating accurate reports and keeping clear documentation.
• Building strong, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Expanding your skills through ongoing training and development
• Tackling varied and challenging projects across multiple industries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Installation Electrician with 18th Edition certification.
• Confident in testing and inspecting your own work (2391 desirable).
• Able to read and understand wiring schematics with ease.
• Flexible and willing to travel nationwide (with some weekend work).
• Previous food industry experience is a big plus.
• Compex 01-04, 05-06 certification desirable.
