Electrician x2 Social Housing Location: Merseyside and Surrounding Areas Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance contractor for 2 experienced Electricians to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a portfolio of social housing properties, carrying out a variety of electrical maintenance, repairs and installation works. The successful candidates will be provided with a company van and fuel card, allowing them to travel between sites efficiently. Responsibilities Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and installation works within occupied and void social housing properties. Diagnose and rectify electrical faults. Complete testing and inspection where required. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations. Deliver excellent customer service while working within residents'' homes. Accurately complete job reports and associated paperwork. Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. ECS/CSCS Card. Full UK Driving Licence. Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance is desirable. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
