Job Title: ElectricianType: PermanentLocation: AndoverSalary: £42,083 per annumHours: 37 hours (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm) BRC are working closely with a leading organisation within the housing and maintenance sector to recruit an experienced Electrician to join their maintenance team. This role involves carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, installation, and refurbishment work across domestic properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service are consistently delivered.Duties:Undertake electrical repair, maintenance, and installation work in line with current I.E.E. wiring regulationsFault finding on single and three-phase installationsCarry out testing, inspection, and portable appliance testing (PAT)Complete electrical installation certificates and condition reportsInstall and replace showers, immersion heaters, and electric heating systemsWire domestic heating controlsMaintain accurate records of work completed and time takenReport urgent repairs and health and safety issuesManage van stock and materials efficientlyUse PDA/smartphone systems for scheduling and reportingParticipate in out-of-hours emergency serviceRequirements:Electrical qualifications (CandG 2330 and 2382 essential, 2391 desirable or equivalent)Experience in electrical installation and maintenance within domestic propertiesStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesGood understanding of health and safety regulationsCompetent ..... full job details .....
