We are currently working with a well-established Housing Association seeking an experienced Electrician to join their Planned Works team.Day-to-Day DutiesResponsive RepairsAttending electrical faults in occupied properties, including power failures, tripping circuits, faulty sockets, lighting issues, immersion heaters and extractor fans.Planned Electrical WorksCarrying out scheduled electrical maintenance including emergency lighting, smoke and heat detector testing, fixed-wire inspections and electrical upgrades.Minor Installation WorksInstalling additional sockets, replacing lighting, upgrading extractor fans, installing new circuits and completing minor rewires where required.Heating and ControlsWorking on electrical components of heating systems including programmers, thermostats, wiring centres, immersion elements and basic fault finding.Social Housing ComplianceEnsuring all work is completed to BS7671 standards while maintaining compliance with housing association and health ..... full job details .....
