THE ROLE: Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance across social housing properties Working within occupied residential properties and communal areas Completing responsive electrical repairs and fault finding Carrying out testing, repairs and minor electrical installations Diagnosing electrical faults and completing remedial works Replacing sockets, switches, lights and other electrical components Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Reporting any additional electrical or property maintenance issues identified Maintaining professional standards when working around residents Completing relevant paperwork and reporting on works carried out REQUIREMENTS: Qualified and experienced Electrician NICEIC Registered – essential P...
