      <description>Location: Bodmin | Salary: &amp;pound;25.00 - &amp;pound;28.00/hour | Type: Permanent | Electrician - North Cornwall     Experienced Electrician required on planned works social housing maintenance in North Cornwall (Bodmin up to Bude) for a very busy and well liked maintenance contractor. The work mainly be kitchens.     This is a temp/ self employed position which could well lead to a job on the books for the right person if desired.       Electrician   Day to Day:    Work in social housing properties   You need to be confident and competent in all aspects of electrical maintenance  Planned works kitchens and bathrooms (rewires and maintenance)   Dealing with customers as and when required  Attending various properties during the day if on response  Making safe and following correct procedure  Working alongside other trades on planned works  Reporting to the supervisor on progress       Electrician Requirements:    Good electrical experience  18th Edition  AM2 desirable  2391   Good attitude  Honest and reliable  Full UK driving license  DBS will be carried out      You will need to have manual handling, working at heights and asbestos awareness certificates.
