The role requires strong fault-finding skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in tenants homes.Day-to-Day Duties:Fault finding and diagnostics on domestic electrical systemsTesting and inspection, including EICRsCarrying out reactive maintenance and repair worksWorking within occupied properties and liaising with tenantsUsing a PDA to manage and complete jobsDelivering excellent customer service at all timesRequirements:Experience in electrical maintenance, testing, or domestic installationsBackground in social housing, housing associations, or council properties preferredFull UK driving licence (essential)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsQualifications Required:City and Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installation18th Edition Wiring RegulationsNVQ Level 32391 Testing and Inspection (or ..... full job details .....
