You’ll carry out electrical repairs, testing, installations and maintenance across domestic properties, helping ensure residents’ homes are safe and maintained to a high standard. The role Carry out electrical repairs, installations and maintenance up to 230v/415v Complete fixed wire testing, inspection and certification Accurately record work and complete relevant documentation Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions Participate in an out-of-hours callout rota, with additional payment What you’ll need: C&G 2365 or equivalent electrical qualification 18th Edition Wiring Regulations C&G 2391-52 or equivalent in Inspection & Testing Proven domestic and commercial electrical experience Experience with fixed wire testing, installation and maintenance Full UK driving licence A basic DBS check is required and will be paid for by the employer.
