      <description>Location: Bodmin | Salary: &amp;pound;38000/annum + van and fuel card | Type: Permanent | Electrician - North Cornwall    Build Recruitment are currently working on an excellent opportunity for an Electrician to join a friendly and busy team providing electrical maintenance on social housing properties in North Cornwall.     Permanent employed position     £38,000 plus VAN and FUEL CARD holiday pay.    Fortnightly pay.      Electrician Job role details:    Electrical maintenance on domestic properties  Providing a good service to customers and problem solving when required  Response maintenance  Some testing work  Speaking to customers, explaining timescales to keep customers happy and at ease  Working safely at all times  40 hours work per week  Reporting to your Supervisor  Driving a work van safely and responsibly  Opportunity for on call work for extra pay  On call required       Electrician Requirements:    18th Edition  Full driving license  Full DBS check will be carried out  Electrical NVQ Level 3   2391 - desirable  Good experience working on domestic electrical maintenance work  Good timekeeping and excellent attitude essential      This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a busy team with ongoing permanent work in Devon and Cornwall....</description>
