You’ll be working across a portfolio of void and occupied properties , carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and testing to ensure homes are safe, compliant, and well maintained. Key Responsibilities Complete full electrical testing and produce EICRs . Diagnose and rectify electrical faults effectively. Replace and clean electrical accessories as needed. Carry out PAT testing on tools and appliances. Deliver a first-time fix approach with excellent customer service. Work safely and in accordance with Health & Safety and safeguarding standards.
