Morgan Hunt are looking for qualified Electricians to join a Maintenance team within a large a housing association within Brighton. The role involves working across a range of residential properties, including void (empty) homes and tenanted properties, delivering high-quality electrical and maintenance services.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out all aspects of electrical work, including installation, testing, inspection, and fault findingComplete electrical works in void properties to prepare them for new tenantsUndertake responsive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied homesEnsure compliance with current electrical regulations and health and safety standardsDiagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely mannerComplete certification and maintain accurate records of all work carried outProvide a professional and customer-focused service when working in tenanted propertiesRequirementsFully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring Regulations certificationExperience in domestic maintenance, ideally within social housing Testing and inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirableFull UK driving licence Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication and customer service skillsWhat''s on OfferSalary of 43,000kVan and Fuel CardAnnual Leave, Pension etc. Various Locations within BrightonIf you are a skilled electrician looking for consistent work in a rewarding environment, we encourage you to apply.Morgan ..... full job details .....
