This is a great opportunity for qualified electricians who posses practical, productive and electrical engineering skills with adequate technical knowledge. This role involves undertaking cyclical testing of emergency lighting; both maintained and unmaintained and fire alarm systems, completing testing procedures monthly and annually. Evidence all maintenance, replacements in the relevant log books ensuring all installations adhere to current regulations to ensure compliance. The role also involves ensuring all repairs are completed within the specified time period to required standards.  Duties:  Work from drawings and specifications, requisition the necessary installation materials, take responsibility for the accurate completion of work and, where required, support other operatives.
