In this varied position, you will cover sites across Cumbria, carrying out commercial planned and reactive maintenance, small to medium commercial installations, and a small proportion of domestic maintenance tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across commercial properties and estate portfolios. Execute small to mid-scale commercial installation works, containment, and wiring upgrades. Perform routine fault-finding, testing, inspection, and rectification. Complete minor domestic electrical repairs across local residential properties as required. Participate in a manageable standby/call-out rota to support key commercial client contracts. Maintain accurate digital job sheets, certification, and compliance records.
