      <description>Location: Chelsea | Salary: &amp;pound;40000/annum | Type: Permanent | Our client is seeking an Electrician for a permanent, static onsite position based at a major healthcare facility in the Fulham / West London area. You will play a crucial role in the maintenance and safety of this critical site.   The Role  As the Site Electrician, you will be part of a large, supportive maintenance team. Your focus will be on the operational integrity of the building’s electrical services. Key duties include:  	  Fault Finding &amp; Repairs:  Manage electrical diagnostics and repairs to ensure the optimal operation of lighting, power sockets, and pumps. 	  Reactive Maintenance:  Take a lead on "fix-on-first-visit" tasks, focusing heavily on troubleshooting and resolving issues rather than new installation work. 	  PPM Routines:  Conduct comprehensive inspections and basic fire prevention measures as part of the site’s planned preventative maintenance schedule.
