The Role We''re looking for a skilled and safety-driven Electrician to deliver high-quality electrical installations, servicing and maintenance across Planned Works, Voids, and Responsive Maintenance (RM) programmes. You''ll work in domestic and occupied settings, ensuring all electrical systems meet current IET Wiring Regulations and client specifications. You''ll represent CLC with professionalism, diagnosing, repairing, and installing with a first-time-fix mindset and a strong focus on customer care, compliance, and safety. Key responsibilities Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installations to electrical systems and appliances within domestic and commercial properties. Deliver electrical works for voids and planned programmes, including rewires, consumer unit replacements, smoke alarms, fans, shower circuits, and general remedials.
