Electrician

Due to continual growth our client is recruiting additional electricians and mates to undertake electrical work, including solar PV / battery storage installations, commercial and light industrial projects.

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for:

• Undertaking electrical installations and repairs domestic, commercial
• Modular building electrical work
• Electrical rewires
• Wiring upgrades, minor works repairs as required
• Fault finding
• Installation of solar PV and battery storage
• Installation of EV chargers
• Working with other members of our Electrical team
• Testing and commissioning of electrical installations

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working as a fully qualified Electrician or mate
• Experience working in occupied and unoccupied properties
• Experiance
• A knowledge and understanding of health & safety regulations
• The ability to plan and organise where required
• A Fully qualified Electrician accredited with the following (or equivalent): -

• A completed electrical apprenticeship
• City & Guilds 236 (part 1 and 2)
• A valid driving licence and the ability to drive a company van
• A knowledge and understanding of health & safety regulations

Desirable

• City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)

• City & Guilds 2391 (inspection & testing)
• Previous experience installing solar PV and battery storage (training provided where needed)
