Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites
• Work on lighting, power distribution, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently
• Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance management system
• Work closely with clients to ensure tasks are completed effectively
• Maintain full compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

• 18th Edition qualification
• Recognised apprenticeship / SVQ or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous Facilities Management or Building Services experience
• Commercial electrical experience
