This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for consistent, long-term work on established contracts. Key Responsibilities Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and installation work within occupied and void social housing properties Fault finding and diagnosing electrical issues Replacing sockets, switches, lighting, consumer units and other electrical components Installing and upgrading electrical circuits where required Carrying out testing and inspection work in line with current regulations Completing minor electrical works associated with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments Ensuring all work complies with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and health and safety requirements Completing job sheets and relevant certification accurately Delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service to tenants Requirements Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification 2391 ..... full job details .....
