• General Housing Repairs
• Keeping Clean and Tidy
• Own Tools Required
• Van and fuel card provided

The ideal candidate must have the below:

• DBS
• Asbestos Awareness
• City And Guilds Level 3
• NVQ Level 3
• 2391 Inspection and Testing
• JIB Gold
• 18th Edition
• 2 x references
