A well-established engineering services business is looking to recruit Electrical/Mechanical Engineers to join its growing team in either Ipswich or Peterborough. Working across both workshop and customer sites, you''ll be responsible for the repair, overhaul and maintenance of a wide range of rotating equipment and electromechanical systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong mechanical and electrical experience looking for a varied role offering hands-on workshop work, site-based projects and overtime opportunities.

• Carry out servicing, overhauls, repairs and testing of pumps, electric motors, gearboxes and fan units
• Strip and inspect equipment, identify faults and determine repair requirements
• Attend customer sites for equipment removal, maintenance, repair and reinstallation
• Complete alignment, bearing replacements, servicing and general electromechanical repairs
• Ensure all repaired equipment is tested and operating correctly before return to customers
• Participate in a shared on-call rota for emergency breakdown support

• Previous experience as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer
• Experience working on pumps, motors, gearboxes, fans or similar rotating equipment
• Able to fault find, repair and overhaul industrial machinery
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Organised, methodical and proactive approach to work
• Full UK driving licence

• Salary dependent on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Overtime opportunities available
