Electrical Installations Vacancy Location: Cambridge and Huntingdon Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full-Time Salary: £27,152 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Installations Technician to support the delivery of practical electrical training programmes within a busy educational environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on electrical experience who is looking to move into the education sector and play a key part in supporting learners through high quality workshop and practical training activities. Key Responsibilities Prepare workshops, tools, equipment and materials for practical teaching sessions Carry out basic maintenance and repairs to electrical training equipment Support practical demonstrations, assessments and workshop activities Ensure workshops are safe, organised and compliant with Health and Safety requirements Assist with the development of practical learning resources and activities Work closely with teaching staff to support the delivery of electrical installation programmes About You Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations or equivalent Experience working within an electrical installation, maintenance or repair environment Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to build positive working relationships with both staff and learners A proactive and reliable approach to work Benefits Generous annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays Pension ..... full job details .....
