Electrical Working Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Electrical Working Supervisor to join our team on a commercial construction project. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee electrical installations while actively participating in site work to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Electrical Working Supervsior Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical activities on site
• Lead and support a team of electricians and subcontractors
• Carry out electrical installation work as required
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Monitor progress against project timelines and report updates to management
• Conduct site inspections and maintain high-quality workmanship
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
• Promote and enforce health & safety procedures at all times

Electrical Working Supervsior Requirements:

• Gold ECS card
• SSSTS
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
• Strong background in commercial electrical installations
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
