No previous teaching or training experience is required - full support and training will be provided to help you move into education and gain relevant teaching and assessing qualifications. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a new apprenticeship programme from the ground up across Ashbourne and Nottingham, supporting the next generation of electricians.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Electrical Installation training to apprentices (Level 2 and Level 3)Teach practical and theory-based electrical engineering content in line with apprenticeship standardsProvide 1:1 coaching and small group support to apprenticesAssess learner progress in both classroom and workplace environmentsConduct on-site workplace assessments and apprentice reviewsTrack, record and report learner progress, attendance and achievementWork closely with employers to support apprentice developmentAdapt delivery methods to suit different learning styles and experience ..... full job details .....
