The Electrical Tutor will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrotechnical training to apprentices, supporting them throughout their learning journey and ensuring successful, timely completion of their apprenticeship programme. Key Responsibilities Deliver teaching and/or assessing to allocated apprentice groups, with dedicated time for lesson preparation and planning. Plan, develop, and maintain Schemes of Work and lesson plans for nominated groups, ensuring correct version control. Deliver engaging lessons aligned to the Scheme of Work, including the completion and assessment of assignments. Work closely with onsite assessors to ensure assessments are carried out in line with agreed plans, including Health & Safety reviews where required. Support onsite assessors operationally when needed. Monitor apprentice progress against agreed milestones, maintaining accurate and up-to-date learner records.
