Electrical Trainer Career Move from the Tools Location - Maidstone (moving to Medway area in early 2026) Salary - Up to £44,500 (depending on experience) Hours- Full-time, 35 hours per weekLooking to step away from the tools but still want to stay hands-on and pass on your knowledge? This is a great opportunity for a qualified electrician to make the move into teaching and training, no formal teaching experience needed, just solid trade experience, confidence and a genuine passion to support the next generation. What s the role? You ll be delivering a mix of practical and classroom-based learning to electrical apprentices, working towards Level 2 and 3 qualifications (City and Guilds and EAL). You ll help them build core skills and knowledge in line with industry standards, supporting them throughout their apprenticeship journey. You ll get support and guidance as you adjust into a trainer role and if you don t yet have a teaching qualification, you ll be supported to work towards one. What you''ll be doing?
