KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Electrical Tutor / AssessorLocation: Delivering across 2 centres - Derbyshire / Nottingham (must be flexible covering both sites)Salary: £45,000 + BonusPackage: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + Much More!Type: Full-time, Permanent This is great opportunity to join an established training provider, to support the growth and development of their brand-new, Electrical Engineering department.Duties include:Deliver a Level 3 Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship, covering both practical and theoretical competencies (one to one and group delivery).Contribute to curriculum design and development, supporting the creation of practical tasks, assessments and learning resources.Carry out on site visits, to assess learners within their place of work, in addition to classroom-based training.Organise and maintain documentation on learners'' progress.Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner''s needs.Essential Criteria:Experience in a similar role, delivering Electrical Apprenticeships, up to Level 3.Must hold a recognised Teaching and Assessor Awards (AET, PTLLS etc) and (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D Units)Must hold the following qualifications:Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation/MaintenanceCandG th edition or equivalent.Strong competency, as an Electrician.Excellent communication skills.Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate ..... full job details .....
