This position is ideal for an experienced assessor or a qualified electrician looking to step off the tools and transition into training and mentoring. You will oversee a dedicated caseload of apprentices across the Western region and Thames Valley, managing workplace visits, practical assessments, and ongoing employer engagement to help learners successfully achieve their trade qualifications.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport electrical apprentices through regular workplace visits, conducting progress reviews, coaching, and mentoring.Carry out fair, accurate assessments of learner knowledge, skills, and behaviors in compliance with awarding body and industry standards.Build strong working relationships with employers to ensure suitable workplace opportunities, proper engagement, and safe environments.Track learner progress, attendance, and milestone achievements, maintaining accurate digital records and tracking reports.Identify early risks of non-completion or skills gaps, establishing targeted intervention plans alongside ..... full job details .....
