In this position, you''ll manage a caseload of electrical apprentices across London and the South East, carrying out workplace visits, conducting progress reviews and assessing learners'' knowledge, skills and behaviours. You will work closely with apprentices and employers to ensure learners stay on track, overcome challenges and successfully achieve their qualifications, including preparing for end-point assessments and AM2.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Electrician with an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or an equivalent recognised apprenticeship, 18th Edition and an AM2 qualification or ECS Gold Card. A 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification would be highly beneficial. Previous experience in teaching or assessment would also be advantageous, but full training and development will be provided.

The Role:
*Managing a caseload of electrical apprentices across London and the South East.
*Carrying out workplace visits and apprentice progress reviews.
*Assessing learners'' skills, knowledge and behaviours.
*Supporting apprentices and employers to achieve successful outcomes.
*Preparing apprentices for gateway, end-point assessments and AM2.
*Full training and professional development provided.
*Home-based role with regional travel required.
*Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (35-hour working week).

The Person
*Experienced Electrician looking to move off the tools into education and training.
*NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or an equivalent recognised electrical apprenticeship.
*18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
*AM2 qualification or ECS Gold Card.
*2391 Inspection and Testing qualification would be highly beneficial.
*Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
*Previous teaching or assessing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
