Electrical Testing Engineer / ElectricianLocation: London and South East Salary: 40,000 - 44,000 + Bonus, Overtime and Additional Earnings Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWe is seeking an experienced Electrical Testing Engineer / Electrician to join its growing team delivering domestic EICR and remedial programmes across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician with strong testing, inspection and fault-finding experience looking to work across social housing and residential contracts.Key DutiesCarry out EICRs within domestic properties and communal areas.Complete electrical remedial works, including consumer unit replacements, lighting upgrades and accessory changes.Undertake fault finding and diagnostics on electrical installations.Carry out communal electrical upgrades and intake works.Complete full and partial rewires following unsatisfactory inspection reports.RequirementsNVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City and Guilds 2382 or equivalent).City and Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection desirable.Full UK Driving Licence.Experience carrying out EICRs and remedial works within domestic or social housing environments.Enhanced DBS check required.Package 40,000 - 44,000 basic salary.Bonus scheme and regular overtime available.Company van or van allowance.Fuel card and company iPad.24 days holiday plus bank holidays.Pension scheme.Ongoing training and development.Opportunities to progress into ..... full job details .....
