Electrical Technician / Senior Electrical Technician

thefutureworks are currently recruiting for an Electrical Technician / Senior Electrical Technician to join an established Estates Delivery Team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional to join a busy and varied environment, working across a range of buildings and sites and supporting the safe, reliable and compliant operation of electrical systems and infrastructure. There is the potential opportunity to apply for a permanent position following the temporary assignment. Please note that any permanent appointment will be subject to a separate application and interview process and is not guaranteed. The successful candidate may be considered at either Electrical Technician or Senior Electrical Technician, depending on qualifications, experience and technical competence. The Role You will deliver a broad range of electrical maintenance, installation, inspection and testing activities, including: Carrying out reactive electrical maintenance and fault finding. Undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM). Installing, altering and extending electrical systems, including power, lighting, containment and emergency lighting. Supporting refurbishment, upgrades and major electrical projects. Carrying out inspection, testing and certification in accordance with BS 7671. Undertaking or supporting EICRs and associated remedial works. Maintaining accurate maintenance, testing and compliance records. Working alongside ..... full job details .....
