Electrical Technician

PeterboroughSalary - Negotiable DOEMonday - Friday days.Your new role:Based in Peterborough, you will be joining the UK''s leading water/ clean water equipment and processing manufacturing business, who now, due to continued growth, are looking for an Electrical Technician to join their engineering team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.Offering a range of industry-leading benefits, including private healthcare, a generous holiday allowance and other perks, this is an excellent time to join this fast-expanding company in a hands-on maintenance role!Key Responsibilities and Duties:Installation of electrical systemsWorking with single-phase, three-phase, low-voltage and extra-low voltage electrical circuitsPreparation and termination of electrical circuitsTroubleshooting electrical instrumentation and mechanical equipment and presenting technical solutions to address these issuesTesting electrical systems incorporating PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and relaysCommissioning of special build equipment, electrically and mechanicallyThis is just a summed-up list, and other duties will be required.Skills and Experience required:City and Guilds Level 3 in electrical installations or equivalent (mandatory)18th Edition Wiring Regulations would be highly beneficial.Experience in industrial electrical worksExperience wiring and fault-finding PLC controlled equipmentAbility to work alone or within a team environment.What you need to do now if you''re interested in this role:Click ''apply now'' to ..... full job details .....
