This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a standalone role, supporting the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring compliance across a busy operational environment. The Role As the Electrical Technician , you''ll: Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance with an electrical bias. Carry out fault finding, testing, inspection and minor electrical installation works in line with BS7671. Complete basic multi-skilled maintenance including plumbing, HVAC and building fabric repairs. Supervise contractors, managing permits to work and ensuring RAMS and health & safety compliance. Maintain accurate records using the CAFM system, including compliance documentation and maintenance reports. Support KPI reporting, audits and statutory compliance activities. Carry out PAT testing, electrical isolations and ensure compliance with Electricity at Work Regulations.
