Our client, a prominent figure in the engineering training sector, is on the lookout for an Electrical Technical Trainer to join their team in Gosport. This permanent role focuses on delivering high-quality training within the Electrical Engineering Training group.Key Responsibilities:Delivering training modules within Electrical Engineering to adult learnersConducting both theory and practical training in Electrical EngineeringEnsuring outstanding relationships with the customer and within the Electrical Engineering training areaAssisting in maintaining and updating training documentation, and assessing student coursework to provide feedback on performanceUtilising best practice across the establishment to inform and direct quality and improvement activities across RN trainingResponsible for the duty of care and progression of trainees during the delivery phaseJob Requirements:Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalentProven experience within Electrical/EngineeringProficiency in the use of IT (hardware/software) within the workplaceCompetent practical skills in Electrical EngineeringDesirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications:Previous instructional experience in engineering environmentLevel 4 Teaching Qualification / Train the Trainer Course or equivalentBenefits:Flexible benefits including extra leave purchase, paid volunteering days, enhanced family leave, lifestyle discounts, and ..... full job details .....
