Electrical Team Leader - 2nd Fix

We currently have the opportunity for an experienced Electrical Team Leader to lead and coach our skilled Electricians who deliver 2nd fix installation and testing on our bespoke park homes and lodges.

Working inside our state-of-the-art facility in Rushden, you’ll lead and motivate a team of Electricians, setting clear goals and hold daily briefings and oversee day-to-day operations to achieve our production goals.

You’ll have the responsibility of ensuring the safety, technical and quality standards of all installation work completed under your supervision. You’ll also.

• Identify team training needs
• Strive to reduce waste and support new product trials
• Review current processes and ways of working to try and minimise costs and manufacturing times

You will not be required to have a current ECS and there is no requirement to travel to multiple sites. There is the potential for overtime however, this is not guaranteed, there will be a requirement to occasionally travel and stay overnight to support on aftersales calls.

 You’ll need to be qualified up to NVQ Level 3 with AM2 along with 2391 Inspection and Testing. You’ll also need to have.

• 5 years electrical experience - Desirable 
• 18th Edition AM2
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Experience in understanding and interpreting technical drawings/plans
• A methodical and systematic approach to your work
• An effective communication style with both your team and all colleagues and management teams
• Working knowledge of using MS Office software
