      <description>Location: Godalming | Salary: &amp;pound;90000 - &amp;pound;125000/annum Stock options | Type: Permanent | Location:  Godalming, Surrey  Salary:  £90k - £125k + benefits + £185k worth of stock.    We are looking for a  Electrical Team Lead  for a highly technical engineering business delivering complex, safety-critical systems. You will be leading the Electrical Team while remaining technically hands-on — owning system architectures, reviewing designs, and ensuring compliance across projects.      Responsibilities:   	 Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers. 	 Own electrical system architecture and technical delivery. 	 Oversee control panel and system-level design. 	 Ensure compliance with functional safety standards. 	 Support safety reviews.        Requirements:   	 Degree-qualified Electrical Design Engineer. 	 Strong background in industrial control systems. 	 Experience with PLCs. 	 Knowledge of functional safety. 	 Comfortable fault-finding and working hands-on when required. 	 Prior team leadership experience.   &lt;/p</description>
