Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor/Site Manager for their team based in Newtownabbey.This is a Full-Time, Permanent position.Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 08.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 08.00 - 2.00pm.Salary: Negotiable dependant on experienceMust be willing and able to travel in NI as well as requirements to travel to ROI and GB.Essential Criteria:Have a trade backgroundHealth and safety knowledgeIT proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlines and working under pressureAbility to work on your own initiative as well as part of a teamMust have a clean driving licenseDesirable Criteria:Knowledge of Procore (training will be provided)Main Duties and Responsibilities:Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetProcurement of general day-to-day materialsResponsible for the control of labour and their coordination with other trades on-siteEnsure all installations are of the highest qualityEnsuring the installation complies with the latest relevant regulationsMeeting with clients, ..... full job details .....
