This is a leadership role where you will provide technical guidance to electricians, supervisors and apprentices, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of engineers, supervisors and trainees. Act as the technical lead for electrical compliance, testing and certification. Carry out site inspections, quality audits and technical reviews. Review and approve electrical certification and reports. Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and other relevant standards. Monitor service delivery against contractual and compliance targets. Deliver toolbox talks, mentoring and competency assessments. Investigate technical issues, defects and non-conformances.
