Electrical Supervisor

Straight-line are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a range of  residential projects across Birmingham. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising electrical teams on-site and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
• Coordinating daily activities and managing site progress
• Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
• Liaising with site managers, contractors, and clients
• Conducting quality checks and resolving on-site issues

Requirements:

• Valid JIB Gold Card (essential)
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and current regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
