Electrical Supervisor - Social Housing

Hygrove Partners are recruiting an Electrical Supervisor on behalf of a leading and fast-growing, modern construction company, working on social housing and new build domestic projects across the West Midlands. The Role: Supervising electrical teams across occupied and void social housing properties and new build domestic plots, ensuring works are delivered safely and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising electrical teams across multiple social housing and new build domestic sites - Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and HandS standards - Managing programme, quality, and client expectations - Liaising with housing association clients and residents where required - Reporting into senior management on progress and issues What We''re Looking For: - Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent) - Previous supervisory experience within social housing or new build domestic - 18th Edition essential - Valid CSCS card essential - Own transport essential - Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas What''s on Offer: - 50,000 - A stable pipeline of social housing and new build domestic work with a growing ..... full job details .....
