Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major mixed development project. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to take responsibility for coordinating electrical works across residential, commercial, and communal areas.

Electrical Supervisor-Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site.
• Manage electrical subcontractors and site operatives.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and electrical programmes.
• Coordinate with the project management, engineering, and construction teams.
• Carry out inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor progress and resolve site-based technical issues.
• Maintain accurate site records and support testing and commissioning activities.

Electrical Supervisor-Requirements

• Gold ECS-
• SSSTS-
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large construction or mixed development projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of health & safety requirements and electrical regulations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
