Electrical Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a residential construction project. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a solid technical background, and a commitment to delivering high quality installations safely and on schedule.

Electrical Supervisor-Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site
• Manage electricians and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements
• Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to guide site activities
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Liaise with project managers, site managers, and other trades
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly

Electrical Supervisor-Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on residential projects
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Valid ECS/CSCS card (Supervisor level preferred)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (desirable)
