Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a commercial LED lighting installation project. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate electricians and subcontractors, ensure work is delivered safely and to specification, and maintain project schedules and quality standards.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical installation teams on a commercial LED lighting upgrade project
• Coordinate daily site activities and allocate labour efficiently
• Ensure installations comply with current electrical regulations and project specifications
• Carry out quality inspections and snagging
• Monitor health & safety procedures and maintain site compliance
• Liaise with project managers, site management, and client representatives
• Track progress and report on milestones and any site issues
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

• Gold ECS-
• SSSTS
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects
• Strong background in commercial lighting and LED retrofit/installations
• Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements
• Ability to lead teams and keep projects on schedule
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
